Helyn Clack (Dorking Rural);

Helyn has been a Member of Surrey County Council since June 2001 and is currently Chairman of the Corporate Management Commitee.

She was previously a member of the Executive since between 2003 and 2009 where she held various portfolios including Safer & Stronger Communities and Transport.

She has also been Chairman of the Mole Valley Local Committee.
