Tim Hall (Leatherhead & Fetcham East);

Tim has been a Member of Surrey County Council since May 2005 also represented the Fetcham West Ward on Mole Valley District Council between 1988 and 2010.

He is the Cabinet Member for Change & Efficiency having previously been Chairman of the Corporate Management Select Committee and between May 2007 and May 2008 he was also a Member of the Surrey Police Authority.

He was Leader of Mole Valley between May 2003 and May 2008, during which time he oversaw the transition to an Executive structure, and has previously served as Chairman of Mole Valley District Council.
