Kay Hammond (Horley West);

Kay has been a Member of Surrey County Council since May 1997 and holds the portfolio for Community Safety on the Cabinet.

She was previously a Member of the Executive between it's inception in 2000 until May 2003 when she held the portfolio for Children & Young People, and also Chaired the Adults & Community Care Select Committee. She was also formerly a County Council representative on the Surrey Police Authority.
