
Yvonna Lay (Egham Hythe & Thorpe);

Yvonna has been a Member of Surrey County Council since May 2005 and has also represented the Hythe Ward on Runnymede Borough Council since 2004.
At County Hall she has previously served as Chairman of the the Children & Families Select Committee and is vice-Chairman of the Runnymede Local Committee
She is currently a Member of the Surrey Police Authority.
