David Munro (Farnham South);

David has been a Member of Surrey County Council since May 1997 and is currently the Chairman of the Health Select Commitee, having previously been a Member of the Executive between 2000 and 2009. He was vice-Chairman of the Executive on two occasions, and held the portfolios for Best Value, Adults & Community Care, Environment and Transport.

He is also a Member of Waverley Borough Council and is the Executive Member for Economic Development and Community. He represents the Farnham Shortheath & Boundstone Ward since May 2007, having previously represented the Farnham Bourne Ward up until May 2003.
