Lavinia Sealy (Bisley, Chobham and West End);

Lavinia has been a Member of Surrey County Council since May 1997 and is currently its vice-Chairman having been elected to the position in 2009.

She is also Chairman of the Safer & Stronger Communities Select Committee.

She has previously been a member of the Executive where she held the portfolios for Communities & Countryside and then Community Services and has also served as Chairman of the Surrey Heath Local Committee.
